THE ROLE: We have an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer on their 2-year graduate programme. You will join the commercial graduate programme which will see you rotate through several positions within the business with the opportunity to join their sales team at the end of the process.
Initially you will be based in their office learning sales from the ground level up. You will then rotate through many other divisions with a view on being out on the road as a fully-fledged Business Development Manager.
Of course, comprehensive training will be provided. This includes time spent at their manufacturing plants, internal and external sales training through their sales academy and strong mentoring along the way.
THE COMPANY: You will be joining a market leading business with a turnover in excess of €2B. They are a hugely profitable business with a zero landfill and carbon positive business model which provides sustainable packaging solutions to a diverse range of industries. They have a strong hold within the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Providing a high level of customer service is crucial to their market leading status within the industry.
THE APPLICANT: You will be a recent graduate, having graduated within the last 2 years. You will have a strong desire to join an international business within a sales position. You will be confident, comfortable in delivering presentations and be enthusiastic in your approach. You will have a passion for dealing with people and possess strong communication skills. An aptitude for maths is essential and Languages advantageous. To secure this position a driving licence is essential
THE PACKAGE FOR GRADUATE SALES:
Basic Salary: €25,000 - €30,000
25% annual bonus, Pension
