Kallidus is a highly ambitious and expanding medium sized software business that has a track record in recruiting and training graduates with the aptitude to succeed in IT sales. As part of their structured growth plans they wish to recruit three graduates into their 2016 academy programme.
The Role: Reporting into the head of business development you will spend your first year being trained extensively through an endorsed ISMM Graduate Sales Academy programme as well as on the job coaching and mentoring. Based from UK head office you will promote innovative software solutions qualifying sales prospects with large companies that employ in excess of 500 staff. Prospects can take up to six months to close so a person who has a patient and mature approach is required for the role. After your first year the positions will evolve offering greater autonomy and the potential to deal with customers face to face.
