More About the Role
We are looking for driven and dynamic Graduates to join our Inbound Sales Department our Head Office in Bolton.
The role is fast paced, working with a highly motivated team in supporting our customers through the buying process from inbound calls.
The basic salary for the role is £20,000 with an uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE of £36,000 (83% earnt this last year as a minimum) our commission structure is uncapped so our top earners take home in excess of £50,000!
We offer a defined career path as 80% of our Sales Managers have successfully been promoted internally from the Inbound sales executive role.

You will be working on a rotating shift pattern that includes 2 weekends in 8.

As a Graduate Inbound Sales Executive you will be managing the full sales cycle from; building relationships and rapport, understanding customer needs through a thorough fact find, relating back and answering any questions/concerns and putting through the order.
