Our client is a leading customer acquisition and direct media response planning and buying company.

The agency has over 100 staff and pulls in over £100m a year. They're now ranked in the top 20 largest media planning and buying agencies in the UK, but pride themselves on their flexibility and nimbleness in the workplace.

This is a permanent graduate job with a starting salary of £19k.

Key responsibilities of the role;

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the client teams, enabling them to meet deadlines in a timely fashion.

Day-to-day activities will include;

Client Facing:

Working on one of the agency’s largest digital client, Marriott Hotels. Work on this client will involve writing copy in German which will go live onto Google AdWords.

Working closely with the team to run regular reports and adapting into a presentable format in conjunction with line manager to provide to clients.

* Communicating account performance to the client in conjunction with line manager

* Attending client meetings (both conference calls and face-to-face) where necessary

* Assisting with monthly and quarterly review documents

Internal Media Role:

Responsible for learning how to use standard online media tools with the materials & knowledge provided

* Optimising online media campaigns, using data to inform decisions.

* PPC Ad Copy writing (in-language)

* Creating and optimising keyword lists ‘in-language’ for PPC Accounts

* Using Bid Management software to drive PPC performance

* Working on Paid Social campaigns (E.g. Facebook; Twitter & Instagram)

* Develop relationships with media owners over time

* Attending internal organisation and client development meetings with team

* Collaborating with team to generate ‘competitor’ reports which provide a focus on a client’s marketplace

* Responsible for keeping up to date with the digital marketplace through industry publications and bulletins

Key candidate requirements:

* Native German language

* A good knowledge of German geography and the travel market would be advantageous.

* Exemplary attention to detail

* Working with, handling, interrogating and interpreting large data-sets

* Excel experience

* MS Office (Word & PPT)

* Great interpersonal skills for the purposes of:

* Working as part of a team

* Client-handling

* Presentation skills

* Fantastic planning and organisation skills

* A team-player
