Our client is one of the largest online flat share services, operating in 25 countries. Their aim is to provide a simple solution to the accommodation problems that come from a fast-changing metropolitan lifestyle and constantly rising house prices.

How you can expect to spend your day:

The CRM intern role will be required to work with a multitude of internal stakeholders, spanning all disciplines within the company to create a rich, best-in-class service.

* Supporting the execution of the CRM global strategy

* Overhaul of all email templates including rewriting content and translations

* Create and build CRM flows that will be replicated across the different markets they operate in

* Work on all the new email templates, concentrating on reactivation, launch, goodwill gestures, newsletters

* Supporting the execution of the CRM strategy for the rebranding of the firm

* Assisting the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns: including design, implementation, and post campaign analysis

* Creating and executing communications to run across e-mail and web push

* Duplicating and launching one-off email campaigns in our 10 biggest markets briefing/liaising with the teams to get any necessary material (e.g. copies, translations)

* Owning the Newsletters plan schedule and implementation

* Designing creatives for email communications

* Reporting on activities and results against core KPI’sStaying up to date with the latest trends, competitor activity, innovations, and opportunities within the email marketing space to inform future activity

The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:

* This is a hands-on role, so the firm are looking for a candidate passionate about digital and that can learn CRM practices quickly

* You must be able to thrive in a fast pace work environment in turn the role will present you with many opportunities to evolve in the company

* Have the aptitude to improve and increase the delivery rate and open rate from the warm up campaigns

* Be able to deliver campaigns within the expected period successfully

* Be highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines

* Be accurate with strong attention to detail

* Have intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.

Bonus skills:

* Any experience working in CRM

* Email Marketing (or a strong proven interest for this domain)

* Good understanding of HTML and email design

* Hands-on experience working with a major ESP is a plus

* Analytical skills and/or knowledge of Google Analytics is also a bonus
