To help with the ongoing growth of the Workplace business, we are seeking a world-class Global Strategic Partnerships Manager, who is passionate about Workplace by Facebook and the role that c-suite executives can play in a connected workforce to drive employee engagement, productivity and results for the Facebook Business Influencer Program.
In this role, you will create, enable and execute a training program for c-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies focused on giving them the skills to better communicate and storytell through the Facebook family of apps (Facebook, Instagram and Workplace).
You will act as an integrating role between various cross functional teams including sales and client success, marketing, media partnerships and product management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Facebook and training enablement, have a strong development and consultative mindset, a strong understanding of selling to c-suite and boardroom presentations, accompanied with SaaS industry experience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position based in London, United Kingdom.
Conduct a review of current Business Influencer program, processes, knowledge and tools used by our Media Partnerships team and work with the Workplace leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development
Develop and manage a global c-suite training and enablement programs to assist with their public profile (Facebook, Instagram) and internal communications profile (Workplace) to create optimized learning experiences
Define appropriate training cadence, and deliver high-quality online and/or onsite training to meet the needs of the business
This includes developing, executing and refining content, scoping and implementing c-suite enablement programs that accelerate launches, MAP and customer value while working in close partnership with internal teams
Collaborate with the Workplace Marketing team on developing and managing existing content to increase thought leadership across social and media channels, educate c-suite corporate communications teams - examples include profile verification, case studies, influencer dashboards, product collateral and custom work
Develop on-boarding experiences which help to reduce c-suite ramp time
Gather feedback from sales, marketing and Workplace leadership teams on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
Coordinate with Facebook's Salesforce administration team to optimize capabilities of our CRM platform for program success
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, and/or web technology companies
In depth knowledge of the Business Influencer space, proven experience developing c-suite programs
Demonstrated track record delivering measure-able and successful enablement program across diverse geographical regions
Relevant tertiary degree and/or commensurate experience
Willingness to travel, particularly in early build phase
