Today more than 58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon are made from third party businesses, that’s $160B in sales, mostly from Small and Medium sized businesses. Customers outside of Europe have access to a mere fraction of the fascinating selection from EU Marketplace Selling Partners. Amazon Global Selling (AGS) is enabling global customers get access to millions of new products from Marketplace Selling Partners at cheaper and faster shipping rates. It is a high-visibility initiative that is helping Amazon march towards its vision of enabling Customers around the globe to have access to the best selection at the best price.

We’re seeking a customer-centric, data-driven, results-oriented Program Manager to take ownership of our EU to Worldwide Seller Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing the E2E Selling Partner Experience, to understand gaps, which then feed into WW Product teams.

You will work closely with WW registration and verification teams to understand the experience here, and how we could dramatically simplify for our Selling partners. These actions will include short term actions such as improving the seller education available during the verification experience, to actions involving tech build such as launching fast track access capabilities to enable multi- market place entry for European SP.

You will be responsible for building seller education content across the EU, as well as across the access channels such as seller university and sell.amazon.xx websites. You will assess content parity and work on improving contextual education for SP.

You will will work with agency partners to develop Seller facing marketing content (Videos, pdf formats) to deploy across our channels.

You will own our relationships with EU Voice of Seller, and will be a key resource on the team to help unblock large sellers. you will also work with WW Brand registry teams to ensure we protect the rights of brand owners.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, passionate about the selling partner experience, and work at both tactical and strategic and levels. S/he will create mechanisms to listen to selling partner feedback, working with our recruitment team. S/he will work closely with teams including EU/ NA Self- Service Registration, EU/ NA Seller University , senior leadership, and other stakeholders in US, Europe, Australia, and other countries. This role reports to the Head of EU AGS, and will also sit on the EU AGS leadership team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar discipline · 5+ years in digital marketing, international business, program management, and/or project management · Experience in marketing roles that are customer, partner and field-fac

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, including stakeholder expectations · Experience with project management · Experience utilizing Excel and SQL · Exceptional written and oral communication skills · Problem-solving and strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and operational acumen
