A leading business connected to the hotel, leisure and travel sector is looking for a French speaking business development executive to join its supportive and well-respected business.
Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with Sales Manager, this role will spend most of its time winning new business for the company across France (but excluding Paris). The role will also manage some key accounts that the company currently enjoys across the South of France.
The role will represent a range of luxurious products that have a strong market position and are very desirable.
The role will be based from the UK (home based contract or based from offices in Reading will be considered) but the role will be required to spend 1 week a month in France to meet customers, network, attend events and close deals.
To apply to this role, you should speak, read and write fluent French and English and be able to spend one week per month in France. You should have sales experience that has included new business development aswell as looking after existing business. Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent (but not essential), you should be a self starting, confident, driven individual who understands how to develop business. It would be a benefit if you have an understanding of and/or experience of the hospitality and leisure sectors but again this is not essential.
