A fantastic opportunity for an International Account Manager to join an FMCG SME challenger brand that's revolutionising its category and has had incredible growth and success in the UK and is now looking to replicate that internationally. The expansion plans for the next three years are incredibly exciting and this role has the potential to play a big part in exploding the brand globally.

As the brand has grown in the UK the rest of the world has taken note. They are now inundated with enquiries from around the world from distributors, retailers and consumers who want to get hold of the brand so you'll have experience of working across International Accounts in an FMCG or consumer brand and will be able to quickly understand, support and grow these new accounts and provide exceptional support to the International Sales Lead.

You'll be extremely passionate and high energy with existing networking and relationship building experience to quickly develop the brand. You need to be comfortable starting at the deep end and getting your hands dirty with some proper account management and negotiations for new business. An ideal candidate will be comfortable in understanding real opportunities and focusing on the quick wins and key opportunities for the brand. You will need to engage with all functions to ensure international customers are fully supported and launch with excellence a strong knowledge of logistics, marketing, brand development and regulatory compliance is advantageous.

You'll come from an FMCG or consumer brand background, ideally with international account management (or related) experience, but a strong NAM profile and an international and entrepreneurial mind-set would also be considered.

Disruptive is an overused term, but this is a business that is genuinely shaking things up in the category so it's important that you're able to demonstrate having had an impact in your roles and show how you've been able to challenge thinking and be proactive and self starting to deliver results, not just following process. This role is in large part about attitude and culture fit - you'll be high energy, resilient and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity and little structure in a fast paced and rapidly environment with limited structure.
