We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Financial Crime Service Delivery Portfolio Manager to join the team in Milton Keynes. In this role you will be supporting the AML service delivery ensuring effective engagement, performance, governance and wider controls are in place within Santander Operations.

The role holder will delivering appropriate support for reporting on key MI/Performance indicators, capacity management, and managing change in/out of the operational teams.

As a Financial Crime Service Delivery Portfolio Manager your main responsibilities will be

* Oversight of Financial Crime Operations team performance to SLA and Quality benchmarks

* E2E process mapping of all Financial Crime Operations processes to identify, design and implement efficiencies and controls

* Risk management; identifying and managing risks across Operation, reporting effectively through Risk forums

* Supporting Change and Process efficiencies; managing small change projects and implementations from range of stakeholders into Financial Crime Operation

* Identification, escalation and effective management of Financial Crime Operations incidents

Minimum skills and experience required

* Experience in Managing Change, preferably leading

* Excellent stakeholder engagement

* Financial Crime Qualification or relevant working experience of Financial crime in Banking Industry

* Must have excellent and MS office

* Financial services experience
