We have a number of exciting opportunities for Financial Crime Change Delivery Consultant’s to join our team in London or Milton Keynes.

The objective of the Financial Crime Transformation Programme (FCTP) is to achieve sustainable compliance through the material improvement of Santander UK's Financial Crime controls, processes and systems.

The FCTP is organised into four key work-streams: Operating Model & Process, Control Frameworks, Technology & Data and Remediation. As the Financial Crime Change Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for acting as the Line 1 business lead (in any of the designated work-streams), delivering prioritised FCTP projects, from inception to implementation, ensuring that the objectives and benefits are delivered.

As a Financial Crime Change Delivery Consultant your main responsibilities will be

* Acts as the business lead for projects, which are complex in nature or have a large organisational impact, to time and to budget

* Agrees prioritisation and solutions to mitigate risks identified and exploits opportunities for improvement

* Develops clear plans and success criteria for the delivery of any changes / projects, considering and mitigating the impacts of change through effective training and communication

* Proactively identifies risks and considers contingency actions, resolving any issues arising and re-planning as necessary

* Proactively builds and maintains effective partnerships to enhance 2-way communication and support the development of projects

Minimum skills and experience required

* Previous experience in a change delivery role, supported by business and management experience, gained in more than one business area and preferably within a Financial Services Environment.

* Ability to establish process problem statements and identify opportunities for improvement through detailed process mapping of current state

* Previous experience developing solutions to complex operational and processing problems, making recommendations to project/programme governance meetings

* Excellent project management skills to manage and coordinate a diverse range of projects, ensuring project goals are achieved and tasks are completed on schedule.

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office toolset, primarily Power Point, Excel, Word

Housing a range of key business areas from Retail, Corporate and Wealth division to our Santander Business, Technology & Operations and Innovation Hub.
