Our Head Office Finance Department is looking for a proactive, analytical, Business Partnering professional to join our team and partner with internal stakeholders across the business locally, nationally and internationally.

The Finance Department provides support to the executive management and operational departments with relevant key performance indicators for targeted management of all business processes within the company. If you’re an accomplished financial professional and your proven technical and organisational skills leave you standing out from the crowd, this may be an ideal position for you.

Responsibilities will include:

* Manage and help develop a small team of Business Partners / Junior Business Partners
* Act as a Business partner for national departments and contact person for international departments
* Supporting executive management and operational departments
* Monitoring and analysing KPIs, thereby identifying risks, errors, problems and improvement opportunities
* Manipulating and interpreting large sets of business data using the Business Intelligence Software
* Designing advanced reports and tools used by various areas in the business that would help improving decision making and the performance of the business
* Creating country-specific reports
* Planning key indicators
* Monitoring detailed P&L analysis
* Conducting quality assurance of systems
* Implementing international standards
* Assisting in projects relevant to Controlling and managing independent projects without direct reports


* Experience with Netsuite or Oracle ERP
* Fluent in English - another language is useful
* Solid Management Accounting and Financial Reporting experience
* Previous experience working with departments outside of Finance and managing stakeholders
* A proven aptitude for data analysis
* Advanced Excel and VBA skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results
* A self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude
* Ability to work on projects and solve problems independently
* An innovator rather than an administrator who is able to deliver the final product in a quality fashion
