We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our team in Milton Keynes.

The business partner will support SanUK by providing insights and analysis to allow effective control of costs to their business unit, partnering with the wider Organisation and Costs team so that any horizontal cost impact is understood; and supporting projects and initiatives for the team and the bank.

As a Finance Business Partner your main responsibilities will be

* Manage key stakeholders and their understanding of the banks cost position, build effective stakeholder relationships.

* Provide challenge and review to all items affecting the cost position of the bank which includes effective monitoring regime and to allow effect management oversight.

* Analysis and provide insight into financial reporting and results, driving stakeholder understanding of how to measure the success of key projects and initiatives.

* Monthly reporting of costs covering actual v budget variances including individual business performance/P&Ls and understand key cost drivers of activity.

* Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial outputs are delivered.

Minimum skills and experience required

* Part Qualified or studying ACCA/CIMA/ACA

* Self-starter and the ability to investigate and analyse

* Previous cost FBP experience

* Previous experience in dealing with senior management and non-finance teams

* Experience in managing and reviewing costs
