Field Technical Manager - Orthopaedics - £30 - 40k + 10k OTE

THE ROLE: As a Field Technical Manager, you will spend the majority of your time in theatre educating, training and supporting surgeons and nurses on your portfolio of trauma products. This is predominantly an account manager role working alongside the lead sales person in your region, with the remit to protect and grow the business that is currently there. This role will require you to work with surgeons, consultants, registrars, nurses and theatre managers.
THE PERSON: To be successful in this role, you could either be in a clinical role at the moment and want to get into your first commercial sales role, or you could possibly be a graduate with an interest in medical sales and some commercial experience you want to build on. You will be service focused with excellent attention to detail and a great relationship builder. You will also have good commercial awareness and want to develop a career in medical sales.
