Field Sales Executive, Financial Investments, £20-50k basic + Uncapped Commission, Home Based.

Specialist Investment Company are looking for passionate and enthusiastic sales professionals or experienced broker to develop new business and forge strong commercial partnerships. Previous experience is NOT required as full ongoing training is provided to make you as successful as you can possibly be. However, we are only interested in receiving CVs from candidates that are tenacious, ambitious, hungry for progression, smartly dressed, punctual and willing to learn. The key requirement is to possess the genuine desire to significantly increase your earning potential.

This is a new business focused, targeted sales role within a fast paced and growing investment sector that is set to strengthen further as 2019 continues.

The company is arguably one the largest land brokerage firms in the UK and has aggressive plans to continue expanding. This position is selling a wide portfolio of land investments to professional investors, financial institutions, retail investors and property development businesses.

This is a buzzing, competitive, fast paced and lively role where you will be surrounded by successful, highly target oriented and strong minded personalities. Whilst you will be expected to make significant numbers of calls a day you will be targeted on 'quality rather than quantity' and the calls are not scripted in any way. You will therefore have a relaxed but tenacious approach that can establish rapport, 'fact find' and naturally build relationships to closure through following a proven formulaic business development process. They say time flies when you're having fun and the days here go very, very quickly.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales or telesales background or alternatively you could be an ambitious and goal driven individual that's looking for a life changing role with significant earning potential. A positive attitude is a must and you must be hard working and completely unfazed by cold calling and high call volumes.

The role is home based, with regular face-to-face client visits and is highly solution oriented; generating wins and closing deals through detailed understanding of your client's investment requirements. The role is a combination of fact-finding, converting leads, following pipeline and introducing investors to a new asset class of investment and sending literature to investors with a serious interest.
