Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Hardware Products

Areas to be covered: Southern England (Bristol to London up to Oxford and down to the coast)

Remuneration: £21,000 - £25,000 + £500 - £1,000 bonus paid quarterly

Benefits: £300 car allowance & benefits package

The role of the Field Sales Executive – Hardware Products will involve:

·         Field sales executive position selling a range of hardware products such as hinges, handles, catches, hooks, brackets, fasteners and knobs

·         For predominantly the  construction, KBB and  industrial sector however can be work  various other sectors such as marine

·         Your time will be spent selling to a varied route to market through architects, builders, designers, OEM’s, small end-users and distributors

·         Due to long sales cycles you will be targeted on KPI such as visits per week (typically 20) and upkeep of the CRM systems

·         Managing order values ranging from £1k-£100k depending on size and scope

·         Will be a good blend of new business and account management

The ideal applicant will be a Field Sales Executive – Hardware Products with:

·         Must have a B2B field sales experience

·         Would consider strong internal sales background with sound product or route to market experience

·         Must have bags of energy with a fast paced mentality

·         Ideally knowledge of / sold to architects, builders, designers, OEM’s, small end-users and distributors

·         Ideally in the construction / industrial market sectors (would consider other industries)

·         Ideally sold hardware products hinges, handles, catches, hooks, brackets, fixings, fasteners and knobs

·         Someone who is looking to enhance and build a career
