This company, a leading supplier of temporary edge protection and personal fall protection systems, are recruiting for an ambitious sales professional. With construction industry experience applicants will have three or more years field sales experience and be adept at selling solutions.
Reporting to Senior Management, the successful applicant will be responsible for the profitable growth of the Southern Territory. The Southern Territory Sales Representative will inherit a number of successful accounts and be expected to develop new relationships with target customers to win new business. To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate past success and knowledge of:
- How to prospect and win new business.
- How to manage and grow existing accounts.
- How to network and build relationships.
- How to plan a sales territory and maximise customer facing time.
- CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Microsoft Office applications.
In addition to a competitive salary, the role has an uncapped commission scheme and comes with the choice between a good quality company car or car allowance.
This is a field sales role, and home-based, however, to efficiently cover the territory and visit the yard and office teams applicants should be located in or close to Coventry, Birmingham, Northampton or Milton Keynes.
