To proactively manage customer relationships, manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals professionally in a way that maximises profitability.

Client Details

Global leader in the lift and escalator industry. Proving lifts, escalators and automatic building doors, as well as solutions for modernisation and maintenance to add value to building throughout their life cycles.

Description

  • Proactively develop and create customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility.
  • Process all customer cancellations and ensuring where possible units are retained.
  • To renegotiate existing service contracts approaching their end dates.
  • Review and up-sell poor performing contracts to greater improve their profitability.
  • Customer visits and presentations - account management.
  • Accountable for winning new units from the open market through existing portfolio.

Profile

  • Skills, Education and Experience required: Confident and motivated, ability to interact with customers at various levels as well as internally.
  • Excellent communication skills including written or verbal, ability to convey information, influence and negotiate.
  • Experince managing and planning your own diary.
  • Ability to use Microsoft packages including work, excel and PowerPoint.

Job Offer

£31,000 + OTE commission £12K p/a + company car
