Field Sales Executive

Salary £17k Basic - £50k OTE (uncapped)

Hours:  Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

This company are in a unique industry, offering high quality funeral plans to customers who have expressed an interest in investing in peace of mind for themselves and their loved ones.  In 2005 the average price of a funeral was £1,965, where as in 2016 they stood at around £3,897 – a staggering increase of 98%.  With funeral costs increasing at a greater rate than inflation, there really hasn’t been a better time to control the costs than now. 

They are the fastest growing registered provider of the Funeral Planning Authority (FPA) in the UK and Europe. The funeral planning industry is growing at a rate of 15% annually.

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join their expanding team of field sales executives and they are looking for compassionate professionals who have a full understanding of the complete sales process from pitching to closing.  In the role, you will attend pre-arranged meetings with prospects within your assigned area to discuss the products we have to offer.  You will listen to and understand our potential customers’ requirements, showcase the options available, appropriately handle objections and have the ability to close the business on the day of the meeting. 

Candidates should have previous experience of at least two years in direct field sales.

With a focus on quality, this company have strict company procedures to ensure client satisfaction and accurate administration of our product.  The successful candidate will be required to complete a comprehensive, evaluated induction and will continue to be supported by their line manager throughout their career with the Company.

Candidates must have a full, clean UK driving licence, their own car and mobile phone. Candidates must also have the right to work in the UK and will be required to undergo a DBS check.
