To contribute fully to the delivery of the IC channel & Field KPI's and annual objectives. Working with customers to optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. Ensuring great visibility in retailers and delivery of Perfect store.
1) Deliver KPI's and activity targets and ensure course correction where there are deviations.
2) Build and develop healthy & sustainable relationships with all customers within the account portfolio.
3) Maintain an effective contact strategy with all account personnel.
4) Deliver perfect store execution for base, NPD & promotional activity.
5) Provide advice & guidance to customer base on effective merchandising, assisting with displays to ensure optimum positioning.
* Degree educated with some relevant experience gained through internships / placements.
