Field Sales Account Manager, Logistics and Haulage Technology
£40,000 Basic, £55,000 OTE uncapped + Executive Company Car + Excellent Benefits Package.
A superb opportunity within a global manufacture of Vehicle Fleet Management Software solutions sold into the commercial fleet sector. This is a home-based role managing a portfolio of high value multi-site clients including major retailers, large logistics and haulage organisations and distribution firms. The role requires excellent commercial acumen and relationship building skills and the ability to demonstrate exceptional technical sales experience selling into the commercial transport industry.
To apply you must have sold a product or service into the haulage or logistics sector. This can include bespoke conversions for commercial vehicles, special lights/roofs, vehicle test equipment, gps systems, components for lorries and trailers etc.
You will be able demonstrate superb business development / account management skills with experience of working on long sales cycles, managing multiple projects and developed outstanding people skills. You will be supported by an internal sales department responsible for business development, qualifying leads and booking appointments.
Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
