Field Sales Account Manager, Business to Business Services, B2B Sales, Birmingham and the West Midlands. £25,000 Basic, £38,000 Realistic OTE Year One /£70,000 year two. The package could include a guaranteed commission to £30,000 in the first six months. Benefits include a significant training and mentoring programme, company car (or car allowance), generous holiday and added benefits.

The role is supported by a dedicated telesales 'buddy' following up qualified leads and using sophisticated business information tools to uncover new opportunities. It is a rare, 'Grade A' career opportunity for a talented, tenacious new business hunter to join a well-backed growing company at a crucial stage in their business growth. The role is ideal for an individual with business to business sales experience looking to grow their career within a company that is renowned for mentoring and promotion from within.

* You will have one year's field sales experience or be an internal sales professional, with field sales exposure, looking for a break into field sales.

* You will be hugely self-motivated, goal-driven, results-oriented and motivated by earning potential (the potential to earn is entirely uncapped, and a candidate that we placed into the role in January 2018 earned £70K last year and is on target to hit six-figures in 2019)

* You will be a highly credible, trustworthy professional that is a confident communicator

* You will be a strong character with an explicit belief in your sales ability and ambitions.

* Your background should be in office services, office equipment or other fast-paced commercial environments. Successful team member's backgrounds include courier services, document management machines, office equipment, fire safety equipment, washroom services, stationery, office hardware, security equipment, recruitment, vending solutions or similar business services.

* You will be looking for a long-term career change and be a real personality; someone that can build strong business partnerships across all levels and is confident, credible and always looking for new business openings and opportunities.
