Field Sales Account Manager, Business to Business Services, B2B Sales, North London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Middlesex. £25,000 Basic, £38,000 Realistic OTE Year One /£70,000 year two. Package includes a significant training and mentoring programme, company car (or £4K car allowance plus mileage allowance), generous holiday and added benefits.

The role is supported by a dedicated telesales 'buddy' following up qualified leads and using sophisticated business information tools to uncover new opportunities. It is a rare, 'Grade A' career opportunity for a talented, tenacious new business hunter to join a well-backed growing company at a crucial stage in their business growth. The role is ideal for an individual with business to business sales experience looking to grow their career in a corporate environment.

* You will have one year's field sales experience selling B2B services and products. The ideal experience will be selling contractual services such as vending machines, security services and products such as CCTV and access control, washroom services, photocopiers, office hardware, IT support services, IT Managed Services, etc.

* You will be hugely self-motivated, goal driven, results-oriented and motivated by earning potential (the potential to earn is entirely uncapped, and a candidate that we placed into a similar role covering East Anglia in January 2018 is on course to earn £70K before the end of 2018)

* You will be a highly credible, trustworthy professional that is a confident communicator

* You will be a strong character with an explicit belief in your sales ability and ambitions.

* Your background should be in office services, office equipment or other fast-paced commercial environments. Successful team member's backgrounds include courier services, document management machines, office equipment, fire safety equipment, washroom services, stationery, office hardware, security equipment, recruitment, vending solutions or similar business services.

* You will be looking for a long-term career change and be a real personality; someone that can build strong business partnerships across all levels and is confident, credible and always looking for new business openings and opportunities.
