Field Based Account Executive, Midlands

£28,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE + Car Allowance + Fantastic training and support

An outstanding field sales opportunity working for a UK manufacturer that have dominated the market for over 30 years. As Account Executive, you will support the Sales Manager to develop and grow existing relationships within the rail sector. Unusually, specific industry experience is not required as you will receive outstanding training!

This is a strategic sales role that offers a clear progression path for the successful candidate. So, we are only looking for candidates who are eager to build a long-term sales career within one company!

Whilst sales experience is crucial to be successful in this opportunity- field based experience is not required. Therefore, this is the perfect role for a candidate frustrated by the lack of client-facing opportunities in an internal sales or telesales role!

* An early career sales professional aspiring to a long-term development path in sales

* Ideally have had some sales experience with considerable drive and a natural motivation to take responsibility for updating job knowledge through self-learning (e.g. reading sales and marketing publications, attending trade shows, developing personal business networks)

* Flexible attitude and approach with high energy, focus and determination to succeed

* Self-motivated, goal driven, results and detail orientated

* Any experience of selling technical products or solutions would be advantageous

* A well-presented and highly credible, trustworthy professional

* You will be a confident communicator with a strong character and belief in your own convictions and decisions

* IT literacy with major office programmes such as Word and Excel
