Do you enjoy building relationships with your clients and have a passion for impeccable service?

We are working with Faberge on their search for a Private Sales Manager, to join the Concession. The main focus of the Private Sales Manager will be selling through a true focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients whilst promoting and educating others on the brand across Harrods and the wider London market. The successful candidate will not necessarily have direct line management responsibility but will lead from the front in terms of their sales approach.

You must already have a proven record of establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with elite clients, a natural affinity to sell with exceptional product knowledge to match.

Customer service must be second to none in this role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to accelerate the Fabergé concession in Harrods and to meet sales expectations through naturally developing long-lasting relationships with clients and networking where appropriate.

A background in Fine Jewellery is not essential for this role and we are open to speaking to candidates who come from a range of sectors including hospitality, banking, or lifestyle management backgrounds. It is imperative the successful candidate has a passion for jewellery and has worked within the luxury sector in a position focused on relationship building.
