We are looking for two people to cover Staffordshire and West Sussex Areas
An opportunity to join a growing national education services provider. Responsible for contributing to the annual sales target of Link2ICT – a Capita business and part of Entrust.
To support our growth it is clear that we need to provide a mechanism to support the current business areas in achieving their increased revenue targets year on year and establish a sales function that is able to identify and close new business deals whilst managing current accounts.
The Account Manager function will be required to deliver increased sales via new business and cross-sell opportunities, whilst retaining the current client base.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
First point of contact for the customer
Targeted to increase spend over and above any attrition
Responsible for customer satisfaction
Customer retention – SLA renewal ownership working with business sector specialists
Upselling and cross selling – new products and services to existing customers
Managing MAT relationship and attracting pure new business
Growth of base via referrals and pro-active hunting
Contribute to the completion of tender response and other bids
Ensuring that financial and commercial sign off requirements are adhered to
Generate a high volume of small value sales and key high value sales monthly
Regular travel to schools across assigned base
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of working in the Education or IT industry
Ability to communicate and engage senior decision-makers
Able to work collaboratively with colleagues
Flexibility, adaptability, able to develop and manage their own workload
