This award winning, ambitious fast growing export distributor of Automotive & Motorsport products is looking to recruit an Export Sales Executive.
This post is within their busy export sales department, working as part of their Sales team.
The successful candidate will be closely involved in seeking new opportunities and looking after existing customers' requirements - this includes:
- desk research and marketing work to identify opportunities
- communicating with overseas customers via telephone and email
- preparing tender documents and quotations
- negotiating with suppliers and processing orders
- organising shipments
You will need to be bright, confident, motivated, have a good eye for detail and a "hands on" approach to achieve results. The company's success is dependent on giving a fast, professional, personal service to its customers.
They require somebody who is numerate, has excellent spoken and written English, is I.T. literate and possesses good organisational skills. This company uses bespoke order-processing software as well as Word, Excel and Outlook. A lot of research is undertaken online.
This is a challenging role that can be pressurised - often many demands need to be prioritised and handled at the same time to meet deadlines.
There are excellent opportunities for progression including sales account management and overseas travel.
