As an experienced Claims Handler you’ll be providing the very best personal motor claims service to our customers and you’ll be working to ensure claims are adequately reserved and settled as economically and fairly as possible.

You will be proactive, driven and you’ll thrive on taking responsibility in a fast-paced environment where you’ll share your knowledge and skills with your team by helping to coach and develop those with less experience.

You'll be working 37.5 hours between the hours of 8.00am - 8.00pm, Monday to Friday and Saturdays between the hours 9.00am-5.00pm.

Qualifications

We want you to have self pride in what you do and what you achieve so a passion to get things right for your customers is essential. Empathetic and understanding, you’ll have communication skills which are second-to-none and the ability to build relationships with customers.

You will definitely need;

* Experience in motor claims.
* Thorough knowledge of claims reserving and assessment methods.
* Awareness of the Insurance market and the importance of all internal and external customers.
* You will have evidence of a strong proactive approach to claims files management.
