European Sales Director, Remote – UK/Remote

£120k + £ 40k bonus + stock options

My client, a digital start-up AI Software Builder that specialises in building, maintaining and running bespoke software for their customers, making it faster, more accessible and less expensive for everyone to bring their ideas to life.

They are very keen to hire an EU Sales Director to help the business so that they can make it easier for Enterprise stakeholders to rapidly and effectively transform their organisations and they need people like you to help us scale in Eu.

This role will focus on providing clients, product development tools to help them more effectively build and scale their own organisations and businesses. This role requires an experienced sales leader, with a track record of building great sales teams and delivering sales growth in the enterprise software space in the Eu region.

Last year they secured $29.5m of funding to scale our growth in Europe. They already have three offices in LA, Delhi, and London and recently hit 250 employees globally. A key focus for them this year is to significantly grow their London operation.

Description

The business is on an ambitious scaling trajectory and are seeking a world-class Enterprise Lead for the Eu region who is passionate about helping Enterprise customers with their digital transformation ambitions and challenges.
This is a hands-on, high execution leadership role which requires excellent sales leadership and management skills to grow their Eu Enterprise business. The right candidate will have built and managed Enterprise sales teams and been a strong individual performer in their own right within the Enterprise software space (SaaS or license).

What you will do:

Lead and coach enterprise sales executives from prospecting to building relationships with the right stakeholders to structuring deals and taking them all the way through engagement launch
Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics
Build territory plans and GTM strategies including outbound campaigns
Develop and support key strategic partners such as GSIs, owning the business relationships to ensure success
Drive adoption of Builder Studio suite of products by partnering with our product and customer success teams
Inspire, motivate and enable personal and career development of team members
Requirements
Professional experience in B2B software sales
Leadership and people management experience
Proven track record of building strong C-level relationships and closing 6-7 figure deals while exceeding sales targets
Experience deploying software platforms across enterprise organisations and driving long-term engagement
Passion for enterprise software, great products, startups and the business of innovation
Keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive actions plans and communications
Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs
Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Facebook
