The Role
: The role of European Business Manager will see you managing a team of 6 Key Account Managers, who are situated in both the UK and European mainland. This is a strategic management position, with close dealings with the sales team together with some large Key Account responsibility of your own. You and your Key Account team will be selling a range of PVC and resin non-slip flooring, for applications within public transport. The client base therefore consists of manufacturers of trains, buses - as well as the operators and those responsible for MRO. Significant time travelling across the UK and Europe is required with this role.

They are focused on growth and development worldwide and turnover in excess of £100 million as an organisation. For this European Business Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience selling into the Transport Sector
  • Management of a sales team
  • Strong business acumen and ability to lead
