The main objective of a Sales Manager is to drive market share for the branch through all of their daily actions. You will work to meet targets for negotiating and agreeing property and sales performance standards whilst delivering exceptional customer service, as outlined by policies and procedures; upholding the company’s brand values and core beliefs at all times as well as demonstrating our core competencies and behaviours, including:
Growing market share
Converting instructions to sales
Driving the sales process
Maintaining average fees
Winning and retaining business – creating raving fans
If you are confident and a results driven individual who can demonstrate exceptional sales, customer service and empathy with people, this could be the role for you.
