We are searching for an Enterprise Accounts Team Manager that can support the future of full service on-demand business. You're a quick-thinking, initiative-taking, problem-solving, can-do-attitude, eager-to-learn person that is motivated by challenges.

  • Respond promptly to requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Be the senior point of contact for a number of large accounts.
  • Working with Sales to ensure a smooth handover of new accounts into the managed account portfolio.
  • Ensure that the team is informed in a timely manner of new clients, processes, policies and procedures.
  • Carry out one-to-one assessments for all team members in order to set relevant objectives and to provide feedback on performance.
  • Motivate, provide support and give guidance to the Account Managers.
  • Work with the Account Managers to identify account growth opportunities.
  • Create reports and provide updates on the department's progress.
  • Work closely with the Head of Enterprise to meet departmental KPIs.


The successful Enterprise Accounts Team Manager will be described as the following:

  • Excellent track record in account development, relationship management and managing teams who are targeted on retention and growth.
  • Comfortable and confident in presenting to internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Confident dealing with complex enquiries and complaints and enquiries, in accordance with the Company's procedure.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Highly organised with very strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to train and coach members of the team.
  • Able to liaise with various stakeholders in the business.
