DESCRIPTION

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will work with ISV partners who offer technology solutions to Justice and Public Safety customers.

You will engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, software developers and architects. Your responsibility will be to increase the market penetration of AWS business with these partners and across the Justice and Public Safety business. You will develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans, create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services, promote AWS services to these organisations, deliver a positive customer experience, facilitate customer adoption and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.
Through driving adoption of AWS services by Justice and Public Safety Technology Partners, you will enable them to deliver benefits to Public Safety organisations such as: making data-driven decisions to protect and offer seamless experiences for the public, enable emergency services to respond to critical incidents with speed and accuracy, and provide more credible and richer intelligence; giving staff on the frontline the latest technology at their fingertips transforming the way that they report incidents and allowing data to be securely managed making it easier to collaborate with agencies across the UK public sector.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Significant Public Sector account management or business development experience
· Experience of working with ISV and Technology Partners
· Experience of working with C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business
· Existing or willingness to undergo relevant clearances: SC and NPPV3
· Strong verbal and written communications skills with fluency in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification
· Experience of working with organisations in the Justice and Public Safety sector
· A technical or educational background in engineering or computer science
