The purpose of this role is to manage the Lead Qualification Team, appropriately deal with incoming leads and increase conversion rate of leads to applicants. The role holder will actively contribute to the daily activities of the team, calling and following up with leads and setting best practice for the team members. The team leader will be held accountable for successful achievement of the team KPIs.

The Enrolment Team Leader will be responsible for the following:

  • Daily management of the team, including training, development, and performance monitoring, to ensure outstanding quality of service.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of some remote based student enquiry offices based overseas.
  • Effectively manage team rotas, holiday requests and absences.
  • Set up and publish regular reporting on the team's main KPIs to measure the level of activity in each region and to assess performance.
  • Implement processes and standards to improve effectiveness and customer-service
  • Liaise with internal customers to agree on service levels and regional specificities
  • Report KPIs to Head of International Enrolment and Director of Enrolment Operation
  • Provide useful insights and feedback to the Digital Marketing department


The successful candidate should have the following experience:

  • Experience managing a successful team of sales or enrolment people.
  • Experience producing training material and guidelines for team members
  • You have successfully designed reporting standards and templates and provided regular reporting to management.
  • You have worked in a KPI driven environment with close team performance management

Job Offer

Basic Salary up to £45,000
