Our sales team, is in many ways, the Apple direct contact to our largest customers.

We are looking for a Sales BPR Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of experience project managers and process/system architects to enable and deliver projects and capabilities of varying size and complexity. The scope of these projects is broad and includes Sales Reporting, Data Governance, systems and tools to support our EMEIA SP&O and WW CSO organisation in addition to the Education and Enterprise businesses.

A versatile approach to new technologies and processes plus the ability to present and drive new strategies in this area are required. In addition, strong experience and know-how to collaborate successfully for results, working concurrently with multiple partners including external vendors, Sales, Finance, IS&T, Ops, Master Data team both locally and WW to deliver new capabilities and projects to a high quality standard is also required.

You will represent the region at all global forums relating to Sales BPR, and assist the region to identify and implement the standard methodologies from other geographies, also assisting on the deployment of global capital projects.

You will have a strong dedication to Apples values, role modelling these at all times and will focus on maintaining the right team environment and culture. A dedication to individual’s development is also important for this position in line with the overall culture of the SP&O organisation.

The individual will also be expected to be a key contributor in local SP&O forums and meetings, collaborating closely with other EMEIA SP&O Senior managers.

* Proven experience in the tech industry with a demonstrated track record of successful project execution
* Direct Project leadership experience with proven track record to deliver projects of varying levels of complexity timely, while working across multiple functions and time zones in a matrix environment
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to ensure the overall efficiency of the team.
* Ability to see both the macro view as well as the micro details.
* Strong ability to influence in a thoughtful manner with practical problem solving skills
* Proven experience as a change agent having effectively implemented change in cross-functional organisations
* Ability to manage large scale projects and smaller projects in parallel
* Aptitude and interest in new technical concepts and new PM approach
* Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation skills and team work to deliver excellent results.
