Job Purpose:

The EMEA Sales Operations Analyst is the part of the EMEA Sales Operations department, supporting internal and external stakeholders with development of analytcal tools and reports for a better decision making. This role will work closely with Sales Operations managers, Lead Management and Sales Managers to design and develop reports and critical analysis. The technical and analytical tools used in this role will be Teradata SQL Assistant, Tableau and MS Excel.


* Create and maintain standardised and centrally managed sales performance reports for EMEA
* Create sales performance reports in Tableau
* Provide the ongoing support and training to sales teams to ensure the efficient adoption of reports
* Provide analytical insight on sales performance to identify root causes and influence the direction of sales strategy and priorities
* Partner with cross functional teams to define, develop and maintain financial and non- financial KPIs
* Support the EMEA and Local Sales Operations teams with various projects and evaluate the impact on the business
* Proactively identify gaps and errors in data and reporting and work towards improving those areas


* 2-4 years of work experience within an analyst role – ideally withing a sales driven environment
* Advanced knowledge of SQL with strong analytical skills is mandatory
* Proficiency in Excel
* Experience with Tableau
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Self-motivated team player who can succeed in a dynamic fast paced work environment
* Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal
