Job Title: eCRM Manager

Location: Nuneaton

Hours: Full Time - 37.5hrs

Salary: £Competitive + Company Benefits

The Role

The purpose of this role is to increase customer retention rates and lifetime value, through planning and delivery of data driven, multi-channel marketing strategies. Responsible for managing the ECRM programme delivering a world class customer experience whilst maximising opportunities to increase sales across our E-Commerce websites and in-store.

Main Responsibilities:

* The development and implementation of our customer email marketing strategy to drive revenue targets and frequency of shop

* Create email campaigns to improve engagement and drive brand awareness

* Ensure emails are targeted to ensure the campaigns are delivered to the correct target audience

* Liaison with a cross functional team to ensure accurate delivery of all campaign and promotional messages

* Provide clear communication and instruction to internal contacts on the processes and procedures related to email activities ensuring accurate and timely implementation

* Act as the main point of contact for category, customer services and field based teams ensuring that all are clearly briefed on digital marketing activity

* Build relationships with other marketing, commercial and operational functions to ensure accuracy in the set up and monitoring of digital promotions and campaigns

The Person

* Good copywriting skills

* Good understanding of eCRM systems such as Exact Target

* Ability to read and implement learnings from Google Analytics and Omniture

* Flexible and responsive attitude

* Ability to be able to report and take learnings from email activity on an on-going basis

* Experience in working with consumer data

* Management of a team

* Leadership and guidance of their team

* Coaching of colleagues in and outside of the direct team
