eCommerce National Account Manager – Bathrooms & DIY

Job Title: E-Commerce National Sales Manager –Bathrooms & DIY

Industry Sector: eCommerce, DIY, Sheds, Bathroom Industry, Showering, Brassware, National Accounts and KBB

Area to be covered: National

Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + 25% Bonus

Benefits: Fully expensed BMW, Lexus or Audi car & benefits (including 7%-10% pension, healthcare for the family, dental and 4 x death in service life cover)

The role of the E-Commerce National Account Manager – Bathrooms & DIY will involve:

·       Home based field sales role promoting our clients range of showering solutions, bathtubs, washbasins and kitchen brassware products

·       National account responsibility for between 6-8 eCommerce/ online businesses & DIY customers

·       Revenue responsible for circa £3m

·       Tasked with growing national accounts to £6m by 2025

·       Working with key stakeholders to develop and deliver strategic plans

·       Manage and deliver targeted profitable growth

·       Create yearly targets for each individual customer account, and deliver against this

·       Review market trends and competitor activity in respect of channel, prices and account plans/ strategy

·       Work closely with head office key stakeholders and global key account management teams to ensure UK business alignment

 

The ideal applicant will be an E-Commerce National Account Manager –Bathrooms & DIY with:

·       An in depth understand of the UK eCommerce and/ DIY bathroom market

·       Ability to demonstrate knowledge of key levers, trends and insights as well as an understanding of key European suppliers in the UK market

·       Proven track record of key account management/ national account management

·       Experience of dealing with European pricing and web pricing management and understands the impact of this on traditional routes to market

·       Excellent project management skills

·       Well organised

·       Ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
