As an online Sales Consultant, you'll be Sofology personified. Making yourself available for customers over the telephone, listening to their questions, and talking them through all the options, you'll ensure that it's our customers who have the final decision – no matter what. Because, like us, you'll know that people make the best choices when they're given time to think. Of course, we don’t do ‘fake’ either – like must-end-Sunday sales, or plastic PVC leather substitutes. Everything’s genuine here. Just like you’ll be too, as you bring our products to life by painting a picture over the telephone and demonstating your passion for top-quality, affordable sofas.
Ideally, you’ll have retail experience already – but if you’re a quick learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing workplace, then you might be just what we’re looking for. Like finding the right sofa, we know that finding the right career for you takes time too. So relax. Think about it. But with training like a 4-week course on our values, and rewards like an uncapped bonus based on customer service feedback, it’s probably a no-brainer already.
Our direct department is open Monday - Sunday 8am - 11pm (including Bank Holidays) so it's really important that you can work flexibly too.
