Our client is one of the UK's most advanced Online Trade recommendation services and connects homeowners with quality tradespeople. Their mission is to replace traditional word-of-mouth business by introducing a service that enables trades to build their reputations online and help homeowners take the risk out of finding the right tradesman by reviewing these ratings and contributing to them.
This newly created role presents an outstanding (and rare) chance to be part of a new division within a start up company driven by a nationally known entrepreneur who has a prove track record of growing 3 £150 million turnover companies from scratch. This role is to push growth into small to medium sized companies. This Client Development role is a hugely important role, taking responsibility for winning new client acquisition. The position will be an integral part of a fast growing, exciting and entrepreneurial business bringing together the online marketplace and real world business solutions.
You will relish taking ownership over your responsibilities and embrace change and new ways of thinking. You will have experience of successfully working in Business development telesales positions with a consultative sales approach and a very good understanding of the sales process. You will need exceptional telephone skills. This role will be 90% new business. You will need to have at least 2 years telesales sales experience with a proven sales track record of achieving and overachieving targets for this position.
The benefits package for these roles is substantial as we wish to attract a high quality of recruit and retain the excellent people we currently have. The basic salary on these positions is £28k with a £40k realistic OTE that is uncapped.(office based).
