Tesco Mobile is a joint venture between Telefonica UK Ltd and Tesco Plc. It is now the UK’s largest virtual mobile network operator with over 5 million customers and some of the highest levels of customer satisfaction and advocacy in the industry. We are embarking on a 5 year plan to further grow the business whilst focussing on our customers, leveraging Tesco’s position as one of the UK’s most loved brands and customer champion.

About the Team

This role sits in the Performance Marketing team within Marketing at Tesco Mobile and reports into the Digital Lifecycle Campaign Lead. The Performance Marketing team has a clear ambition – to enable seamless, People-based communications with prospects and customers.

About the Role

Your purpose is to ensure that engaged audiences choose to join and stay with Tesco Mobile using a multi-channel (digital & direct) communications approach.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-channel Audience Management: Manage multiple performance channels including PPC, affiliate, programmatic and paid social to drive the optimum mix of media-driven sales and in-life value.

Digital Campaign Management: As part of cross-Marketing campaigns, activate and optimise communications to engaged customers through all appropriate Performance channels. Work in partnership with the Media/Tech/Content team to drive innovation in output aligned to our "Every Little Helps'" Brand promise, using the right media or technology partnerships to achieve this.

Agency and Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with all key media, creative agencies and associated partners to deliver the most effective, integrated communications and structured test and learn agenda as part of a wider optimisation roadmap. Ensure a vision of cross functional collaboration and learning is prioritised to create impactful internal relationships.

Key Skills and Experience

* Exposure to Telco/subscription-based business models desirable

* Prior experience Digital media management (incl. delivery of media-driven sales)

* Results focussed with previous experience optimising towards sales and conversion KPIs

* Experience of working with analytics & data teams

* Agency management experience (both creative and media)
