The opportunity for you:

Digital Content Manager, specializing in Content operations, will work with
Accenture clients to understand their content needs. This professional
will work as a Content Expert within our Digital portfolio utilizing Accenture
Interactive's platform and tools.

The Digital Content Manager will
assist with the following:

* Manage and optimise internal
workflow to ensure/increase productivity

* Initiating projects
including scope, budget and schedule

* Planning projects including
resources, gathering requirements and reporting

* Project execution including
scope change, briefing and progress tracking

a content teams both locally and offshore

* Supporting & mentoring junior
team members

* Be an internal source of
expertise across Content

Key Responsibilities:

As a digital content
manager you’ll;

* Developing digital content strategies for our clients

Ensure you consistently deliver against
all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs

Ensure clients understand agreed
workflows and manage them through the process

Set and manage client expectations,
deliverables and timeframes

Identify areas for improvement of
existing workflow and processes which could benefit Accenture and/or the client

Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always
ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed

· Proactively
identify and seek new revenue opportunities

· Strive
to better client and stakeholder relations

· Lead
implementation of new services

· Build
and maintain a client business development plan on an ongoing basis identifying
specific opportunities and action required
