Job Overview

Reassured Ltd is the largest non-advised life insurance intermediary in the UK with established locations in Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton & Manchester. We arrange over 15,000 new customer life insurance policies per month with leading sales conversions and customer satisfaction metrics. The business is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries

You need to have a strong sales background with a career path starting in B2C acquisition sales so you know what good salesmanship and customer satisfaction looks like from actual experience. One of our core values is to Lead By Example, so whilst at a senior level, you need to be able to operate at all levels in your reporting line to be able to understand performance in detail and demonstrating should be your “go to” method of development.

Key Responsibilities

 Personally training and developing your own management

 Daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance management of senior sales leaders to meet company objectives of quality and compliance standards.

 Upholding a culture of sales process adherence and a “treat every customer as if they may be your last” sales mind set

 Drive the development strategies from sales person to sales manager, to sales manager to sales leader.

 Take total ownership for every element of your reporting lines

 Taking personal responsibility for keeping staff turnover low by constantly measuring and uphold the right working practices

 Planning and delivering new business initiatives

 Designing and implementing operational strategy

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge

 Regulated Sales Environments & good customer outcomes

 The psychology of selling & people management

 Regional remote management at senior level

Skills

 Strong B2C Outbound Sales, Sales management and Leadership track record

 Subject matter expert at Sales and Customer satisfaction

 The ability to multitask multiple departments and projects

 Reporting, Analysis and trouble shooting

 Emotionally intelligent leader with strong self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, motivation and social skills.

Essential Experience

 B2C Outbound call centre / telesales experience

 Provable track record in sales leadership having progressed from a hands on outbound sales role

 Track record in building Sales Teams and Operations

 Track record in personally developing people into senior management roles

Character Traits

 Competitive, always pushing for more, has a can do approach and thinks nothing is impossible

 Takes ownership for your teams

 Great sense of humour – doesn’t take themselves too seriously

 Fast paced
