Delivered Sales Support Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Delivered Sales Support Administrator to effectively support Retail and the Delivered Sales department with the use of appropriate systems and efficient administration.
Successful candidates will be dealing with the implementation of the new delivered sales model as well as delivery window requests from stores which will involve ad-hoc reporting. The aim of the team is to deliver a great customer experience to our stores, resolve enquiries in a timely and effective manor and respond to compass calls within the required SLA’s. The role will require some refit store support and ad-hoc administration support across the department when required.
