This division provide a high-quality range of equipment and instruments for use within a variety of surgical environments and they are currently seeking to recruit a driven, analytical, empathetic, technically astute and credible individual to provide valuable on-site support to their end user customers in Yorkshire, the North East and Cumbria.
THE ROLE: The successful Customer Support Manager will be onsite within hospital end user environments and providing support, training, education, best practice advice etc to surgeons, consultants, theatre staff and EBME in the main, with some time spent reviewing commercials with procurement. Candidates must be IT literate, analytical, empathetic, organised and capable of taking on board technical / clinical medical devices and equipment. Full product and company training will be provided within a structured induction and career and earning potential is attractive.
