THE ROLE: As Customer Success Manager you will be maintaining relationships with existing clients - promoting effective relationship retention and optimisation, ensuring customers are as successful as possible using this business service. You'll be based daily from an office in City Centre Liverpool, and will travel to meet clients face-to-face also.
