Customer Success Manager (German-speaking) – Competitive Salary – Bracknell, England

The Role

Manzeera Solutions are looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join  their team. We are looking for the right candidate with potential; no previous experience is necessary as the candidate will be trained in-house. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career!

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to adoption, on-going support, optimisation and expansion. CSMs are the main interface for all programme-related inquiries and build relationships with all relevant stakeholders as trusted adviser. You will have a strong understanding of our customers’ business objectives and the ability to identify and articulate how Manzeera Solutions supports the achievement of the customers’ business goals.

The key responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact, working with Pre-sales and Account Management Teams
  • Supporting Account Managers with customer renewals, proactively identifying and prioritising resources and effort according to perceived risk, potential growth and strategic value
  • Monitoring potential opportunities for expansion of assigned Accounts; providing insight to Customers; and feeding this back to the Account Management Team
  • Working collaboratively with the Marketing team to build Customer testimonials and referrals
  • Anticipating customer requirements and possible challenges, making our customers successful
  • Promoting Manzeera Solutions’ services through the relationships you have nurtured within the Accounts
  • Identifying potential issues within the Accounts and work with the wider business to take timely and effective action to resolve them

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Customer Success Manager:

  • First or Upper Second Class (1 or 2:1) degree with fluent German and English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and strong presentation skills; someone who is able to communicate effectively with people of all levels
  • A creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
  • Extremely well-organised and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor
  • Ability to grasp basic technical concepts
