Customer Success Executive – Competitive Salary + Benefits – Old Street, London

The Role

StaySafe is looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their growing team that focuses on keeping their customers happy. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail and is attentive to people’s needs. You will work closely with the Sales team to deliver the StaySafe solution around the world.

You’ll be responsible for project managing the implementation of StaySafe with new customers, supporting existing end users and customers with their ongoing needs, tracking user issues and feeding back to the team. You will ensure world-class customer service is delivered to new and existing clients to ensure they get the most out of the StaySafe solution, so customers grow their usage and renew every year.

The key responsibilities of a Customer Success Executive include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing StaySafe Business with our new customers, developing strong relationships in the process
  • Ensure success with our existing Customers by reviewing and improving end user usage.
  • Solve issues for existing end users and customers, ensuring customer needs are met and prompt response is provided to all requests
  • Conducting Handover meetings with Account Director and Account Development Manager to scope rollout and liaising with new customers to develop implementation plans
  • Delivering training for customers online and face-to-face, and bespoke Customer Documentation and Training Guides.
