The strong growth of Ross Handling’s e-commerce website has created a need for someone who not only possesses a high level of accuracy in the processing of orders, but who is also confident to handle enquiries and take orders over the phone.
You will need to work proactively in a team to ensure excellent customer service for customers, chasing up deliveries and dealing with courier issues to ensue the needs of customers are met. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career further in customer service.
