We are looking for a Customer Service Team Manager to join our team in support of driving our team’s contribution to the success of the business to the next level. If you are looking for a new challenge working in an exciting, fast paced environment then this is the role for you!

You’ll do this by:

Delivering inspirational leadership and coaching in order to support our company strategy and KPIs. You will work with your Team Coach to deliver the required training and coaching to drive performance & support the ongoing personal development for each person in your team. You will effectively manage behaviours and performance within your team and will provide effective feedback that ignites positive change.

Through your support to your team, our customers and working alongside the CS management team & wider business, you will identify trends and opportunities which fully supports our continuous improvement initiatives.

Whatever your background, it is paramount to us that you are passionate about brilliant customer service and delivering performance through the ongoing management, development and motivation of your team. We want great people who will not rest to support the wider business goals.
